China Glaze Awakening - Halloween Polishes

So I was a little late getting my hands on China Glaze's gorgeous halloween collection for 2010, but I'm so glad I got these glitters as they are definitely unique and very fitting for halloween :D
Let's start off with the packaging :D

L-R Mummy May I, Zombie Zest, Ick-A-Bod-Y, China Glaze Fast Forward Top Coat

First up for Swatching is Mummy May I, a stunning deep purple shade with lighter purple glitter flecks, very sparkly :D

Next up is Zombie Zest, which definitely lives up to its name, a very gooey green which reflects different shades depending on the light and like Mummy May I has lovely glitter flecks that make this polish dazzling :D

Finally my favourite from this collection; Ick-A-Bod-y, a black base (which goes on quite sheer, needs a few coats to make this one opaque) with golden orange glitter flecks. I don't think I've seen a polish like this before, its definitely very halloweeny and I absolutely love it!

All of these were 3 coats to get the best opacity, and I have to say I'm very impressed with the China Glaze Fast Forward Top Coat, I'm an avid fan of Seche Vite, so I rarely try different brands of top coats, but I must admit the dry time and shine factor with fast forward were simply awesome! Will have to see how long it lasts, and whether it suffers from the same thickening problem Seche Vite often has.

Tried to include a bit of blur on some of the shots to really show how awesome the glitter effect on these polishes is, definitely my fave halloween collection of the year, even if I did get my hands on them a bit late :D And even though they're pretty corny I absolutely love the names :D
