NOTD - Neon Holographic Nails with OPI Standing Room Only (silver) and China Glaze Poolside

I finally managed to remove the last manicure I did with OPI's Standing Room Only, so at long last I got to try it over some neon polishes :D so here's a very out of season summery manicure :D

Neon Holographic Manis

Here's a pic of the Neon Colour on its own, followed by a photo with OPI Standing Room Only layered on top:
Kiwi Cool-Ada (neon)
OPI Chip Skip
Base Coat: OPI Nail Envy 1 coat
China Glaze Kiwi Cool-Ada 4 coats (took a lot to make this one opaque)

OPI Standing Room Only Silver 1 coat layered on top

Yellow Polka Dot Bikini (neon)
OPI Chip Skip
Base Coat: OPI Nail Envy 1 coat
China Glaze Yellow Polka Dot Bikini 4 coats

OPI Standing Room Only Silver 1 coat layered on top

I am really happy with how these manis turned out, Standing Room Only works incredibly well on top of neon colours, but you have to apply a very thing layer so the overall colour effect is not lost. These made me feel extremely Summery, which is quite nice considering how dismal it is outside :(. Some Konad Designs to follow soon :D

    And btw, I bought OPI's Sparkle-icious (it's in here: http://mytraveldiary-karzu.blogspot.com/2011/01/wonderful-nails-by-my-sistera-list-of.html /in the very end/) and it's very pretty, I recommend :D
