China Glaze Metro Week - Uptown - Urban Night

Now onto swatches from the Uptown Set from China Glaze Metro Collection for autumn 2001, first up is Urban Night:


Urban Night is a gorgeous aubergine/grape purple creme polish, I'm seriously loving the finish on the cremes from this collection, the formula is perfection, and like the others this one was opaque in 2 coats. Although this colour is not the most unique from Metro, I still love it, its a perfect vampy shade for the colder months, and actually looks really good on shorter nails!

    Oooh, that's a really pretty purple. I initially skimmed past the whole Metro collection, but perhaps I should reconsider...

    I totally agree, it really fits the season perfectly! I have to admit these shades are impressing me a lot more on, than they did in the bottle :D
